One kilometre from the pretty village of Ste Alvère, in a quiet setting near our home, these two 18th century stone-built cottages have their own shaded private courtyards and plenty of privacy. The ground floors are tiled while upstairs the wooden floors perfectly complement the polished beams. A selection of DVDs and board games are provided. An electricity allowance, gas, linen, towels and two to four pool towels are included. A cot, high chair and baby bath are available.

There are many local amenities in the village within walking distance and activities in summer include concerts, fairs and a night market. A great location for exploring the Dordogne - Bergerac is only half an hour away (guided tours, wine tasting) and the picturesque nearby village of Limeuil has a river beach with boating & swimming.  

 

 The enclosed 11 metre pool offers wonderful views and is bordered on two sides by beautiful rose beds. A barbeque area adjoins. It is shared between the two gîtes.
